Carsten Thoma

Carsten Thoma is an advisor at Sparetech. He is a member of the board of directors of Baton Technologies. He is an observer of the board of directors and a member of the board of Celonis. He is an observer on the board of directors of sevDesk. He is the co-founder and COO, president and board member of SAP Hybris. He has also served as a venture partner at 83North. He also serves on the advisory board of Talentry. He co-founded Hybris in 1997 with the goal of setting a market standard with software solutions based on cutting-edge technology. He is developing a growing organization and establishing a North American division. He began his career at Hewlett Packard. It was there that he first developed his ideas for standardized, yet innovative and flexible e-commerce software, from which emerged one of the leading multi-channel software suites available on the market today. He studied law and has a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
