Greg Waldorf is a member of the board of directors of MELI Kaszek Pioneer. Mr. Greg Waldorf is a member of the boards of directors of Virta Health and Invoice2go, where he previously served as CEO. He previously served as a non-resident CEO at Accel Partners. He has been passionate about technology and business since he founded a software company when he was thirteen years old. Because of his years of experience as an entrepreneur, executive, and investor, he understands the life cycle of a growing company, from the inception of a business to the leadership challenges of building a large company. Greg spent over eleven years at eHarmony, where he became a founding investor in 2000. In the early years of the company’s growth, he was an active advisor and board member, working closely with the company’s founders, and was appointed CEO in 2006. Over the past five years, Waldorf has led the company’s global expansion into new markets both domestically and in fifteen countries around the world. In addition to becoming a highly profitable business with more than $1 billion in revenue during his tenure, eHarmony has had a very positive impact on the lives of its subscribers. According to a study by Harris Interactive, an average of 542 Americans get married a day after dating through eHarmony, representing nearly 5 percent of new marriages in the United States. Greg serves on the boards of Trulia, View the Space and VivaReal. He previously served as chairman of the board of directors of Grovo. Greg was a founding member of the Governing Board of Stanford Graduate School of Business, currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the Hoover Institution at Stanford University and is a member of the Board of Directors of the John Wayne Cancer Institute at St. John’s Medical Center in Santa Monica. He also serves on the ProPublica Business Advisory Board. Greg holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA from the University of California, Los Angeles. He has served on the board of directors of VTS.
