Hank Vigil

Hank Vigil is the founder and managing partner of Acequia Capital. He is an advisor at Finlync. He is an angel investor. He is an advisor and investor at LifeQ. He has managed Microsoft’s strategic acquisitions and investments and relationships not only with prominent executives in software, telecommunications, media, consumer electronics and e-commerce, but also with emerging leaders in Silicon Valley and beyond. Mr. Vigil was responsible for Microsoft’s strategic investments in a number of technology companies (including Facebook), the acquisition of Nokia and strategic partnerships with Yahoo, Time Warner, Sony, Samsung, News Corp, Vodafone, Viacom and others. From 1989 until the release of Office 95 in 1995, he led product marketing and brand management for Microsoft’s desktop applications group, with primary responsibility for Excel and the overall development strategy for Microsoft Office.
