Jason Robins is co-founder and serves as CEO and Chairman of DraftKings. He is an advisor to DroneSeed and Autograph. He is also a strategic advisor to DRIVE by DraftKings. He is also an advisor to Laylo. He is a special advisor at Data Point Capital. He is also a board member of Horizon Acquisition. He has quickly gained a reputation for expanding DraftKings’ reach across multiple platforms through broad and forward-thinking partnerships. Under his leadership, DraftKings became the first DFS company to sign a partnership with Major League Baseball (MLB) in 2013. Since then, the company has signed four more partnerships with leagues, including the National Hockey League (NHL), NASCAR, MLS and UFC. DraftKings is also the exclusive partner of 12 National Football League (NFL) teams, seven National Basketball League (NBA) teams, 27 MLB teams and seven NHL teams. With a keen eye for opportunity, he led his company to a 2015 partnership with Belmont Stakes as the world watched American Pharoah win the first Triple Crown in 37 years. He has also led DraftKings partnerships with major media outlets including ESPN, FOX Sports and Bleacher Report; such notable venues as Madison Square Garden, STAPLES Center, AT&T Stadium and Gillette Stadium; and charity events with golf icon Tiger Woods and NBA champion Shane Battier. His work has been recognized by the media and peers both nationally and locally in the Boston area. His recent honors include inclusion on Fortune magazine’s September 2015 “40 Under 40” list of the most influential people in business and an appearance on the cover of that issue. Other 2015 honors include being named to Sports Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” list and receiving the New England Entrepreneur of the Year award from Ernst & Young. Under his leadership, DraftKings was named Best Fantasy Sports Provider by iGaming North America (2015) and was a two-time winner of Bostinno’s 50 On Fire Award (2014, 2015). Mr. Robins attended Duke University, where he earned degrees in economics and computer science.
