He is a member of Intuit’s Board of Directors, Compensation, Organizational Development Committee and Nominating and Governance Committee. He is a member of the board of directors of DonorsChoose.org. He was a member of the board of directors of EVERFI. He joined the company in December 2008, and under his leadership LinkedIn quickly expanded its global platform to 24 languages and more than 30 offices worldwide, grew its membership base to more than 380 million members and grew its revenue to $2.2 billion in 2014. Prior to LinkedIn, Mr. Weiner worked at Accel Partners and Greylock Partners, where he advised portfolio companies focused on consumer technology and evaluated new investment opportunities. Previously, he was executive vice president of Yahoo!’s networking division, which at $3 billion in annual revenues had more than 3,000 employees and was responsible for many of the company’s consumer-focused, industry-leading products. Before joining Yahoo! in 2001, Mr. Weiner spent more than six years at Warner Bros. where he helped oversee the company’s Internet operations and developed the original business plan for Warner Bros. Online in 1994. In addition to LinkedIn, he serves on the boards of Intuit Inc. and Malaria No More. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
