Jeffrey Wilke served as Amazon.com’s Chief Consumer Officer worldwide. Mr. Wilkie served as Senior Vice President of Consumer Business from February 2012 to April 2016, as Senior Vice President of Retail North America from January 2007 to February 2012, and as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Operations from January 2002 to December 2006. Jeff Wilke joined Amazon.com as vice president and general manager of operations in September 1999. He left AlliedSignal (now Honeywell), where he was vice president and general manager of pharmaceutical fine chemicals. Jeff spent the previous six years in various operational and general management positions in the chemical, polymer and electronics industries. Jeff completed his graduate studies (MBA and MS in Chemical Engineering) in MIT’s Global Operations Leaders program (formerly Manufacturing Leaders), where he focused on total quality and process improvement methods. He began his working career writing software and leading software development at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). He also holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering (Summa Cum Laude) from Princeton University. He is also an angel investor. He is also a member of the board of directors of Code.org.
