John Battelle

He has served as chief executive officer of NewCo. He is an entrepreneur, journalist, professor and author who has founded or co-founded too many companies in Internet business, events, media and technology. Battelle also runs NewCo, an inside-outside conference model and media platform. He is also the founder and chairman of Sovrn, a publisher-driven programmatic advertising and data platform. He holds a bachelor’s degree in anthropology and a master’s degree in journalism from the University of California, Berkeley.
