After Netscape was sold to AOL, for $4.2 billion, Andreessen co-founded Opsware, which was sold to Hewlett-Packard for $1.6 billion. He sits on the boards of eBay, Facebook, and Hewlett-Packard, among others, and holds a B.S. in computer science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
