He is also a member of practice groups in banking, mergers and acquisitions, project finance and government and tax-exempt financing. His practice focuses on representing project sponsors and lenders in connection with the development, financing and execution of a wide range of projects, with a particular emphasis on energy infrastructure projects. He also works with investment banks in the preparation of commitment and loan documents in connection with leveraged acquisitions in a wide range of industries. He has served as a member of the board of directors of Paytm.
