Pejman Nozad

Pejman Nozad is the founding managing partner of Pear. He is an investor in DoorDash. He also served as a general partner at Amidzad Partners. He has served as an advisor at Radius. He is a founding advisor and board member of SocialStock. Mr. Nozad has been directly involved in more than forty new growth companies. His seed investments include Danger Research (acquired by Microsoft), Bix (acquired by Yahoo), Sabio Labs (acquired by Magma), Powerset (acquired by Microsoft), Vudu (acquired by Walmart), Dropbox, Zoosk, Clearspring, Tokbox, Zetta, webs.com, Social Gaming Network (SGN), Causes, Optrip, Melodis, Litescape, InMage, Quantenna, Aprius and Picaboo. He is also a founding board member of isoocer.org. He was involved in the creation of the Plug and Play Tech Center, the world’s most successful tech community center, which has become home to more than 500 tech startups. He joined Amidi Group in 1994 as vice president of business development. The Amidi Group is a private for-profit conglomerate of several domestic and international companies with significant manufacturing, distribution, trading, retail and real estate operations. He is also an angel investor.
