Suleman Ali is a general partner at Ali Capital. Previously, he was co-founder, CEO and board member of TinyCo. He is currently an advisor to Jam City. He founded the company with former classmate Ian Spivey in early 2009. He was also a partner in Shotput Ventures. Earlier, in 2007, he founded Esgut, a social app development company that was acquired by Social Gaming Network in 2008. Esgut created such popular social apps as Superlatives and Entourage. Before founding Esgut, he worked at Microsoft as an engineer in the Windows division and product manager for Windows Home Server for 3.5 years. He studied computer science at Georgia Institute of Technology, graduating in 2003. He is also an angel investor.
