Thomas Noonan is co-founder and general partner of TechOperators. He is on the board of directors of Grayshift and SalesLoft. He has served as chairman of the board of directors at Ionic Security. He is also a trustee of the Georgia Tech Foundation. He is a board member and advisor to Polarity. He is an advisor to Pangea. Since January 1999, he has served on the board of directors of Manhattan Associates. Serves on Evident’s board of directors. He has also served on the board of directors of NexDefense. From July 2013 to November 2015, Mr. Noonan served as Senior Director and General Manager of the EnergyWise product group at Cisco Systems, which acquired Mr. Noonan’s previous company, JouleX, in July 2013. Prior to that, since 2010, Mr. Noonan served as president and CEO of JouleX, a leading innovator in enterprise network energy management. From November 2006 to February 2008, Mr. Noonan served as CEO of IBM Internet Security Systems, a division of IBM that provides information technology systems security products and services. Mr. Noonan has served as President and a member of the Board of Directors of Internet Security Systems, Inc. since May 1995, and as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board from November 1996 until its acquisition by IBM in November 2006. Prior to joining Internet Security Systems, Mr. Noonan served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for TSI International, Inc. an e-commerce company from October 1994 to April 1995. From November 1989 to October 1994, Mr. Noonan held senior sales and marketing positions with Dun & Bradstreet Software, an enterprise business software developer. Mr. Noonan brings many years of leadership experience in the software industry, including as co-founder, chairman, president and chief executive officer of a publicly traded software company. We believe his entrepreneurial, leadership and experience in the software industry is an indispensable resource for the Board of Directors. His past role as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of a publicly traded software company is also a good fit to chair our Compensation Committee, as we believe it gives him an understanding of the compensation dynamics at companies such as Manhattan Associates. He also serves on the board of directors at IntercontinentalExchange. He is an advisor at SaaSOptics. He has served on the board of directors of Endgame.
