Zachary Bogue

Zachary Bogue is a member of Planet’s board of directors. He is an advisor to Upside. He is a co-founder and managing partner of Data Collective. He is a board member of CH4 Global, Vium, Oklo and Recursion Pharmaceuticals. He is a co-founder and managing partner of Founders Den. He has more than 12 years of experience in Silicon Valley as an entrepreneur, lawyer, angel investor and advisor to big data startups. He is an advisor to Metabiota. He is also co-founder and managing partner of Founders Den, a collaborative space and community of experienced tech entrepreneurs. As an angel investor, he has invested in startups such as Square, AngelList, Uber and Metamarkets. He previously co-founded Montara Capital Partners, a real estate private equity fund where he was a managing partner. He was an associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and a legal partner at Virtual Law Partners, where he worked with numerous startups and their founders and gained experience in Silicon Valley technology law and business practices. He serves on the nonprofit boards of East Palo Alto Charter School, the Tipping Point community and the San Francisco Museum of Fine Arts. He graduated cum laude from Harvard University with a degree in environmental studies and received his J.D. with honors from Georgetown Law School, where he was executive editor of The Tax Lawyer magazine. He also serves on the board of directors of InVenture Capital.
