William Herman

William Herman is a member of the JumpCloud board of directors. He has served as president and CEO of Innoveda. He was a member of the board of directors at MobileDay. He has also served on the board of directors of Latis Networks. As a serial entrepreneur, Will Herman has held various positions as president, CEO and co-founder at Viewlogic Systems, Scopus Technology, Silerity and Dataware Logic. He currently serves on the board of directors of four privately held companies, including StillSecure, AccuRev, Carbon Design and TrustPlus. He has previously served on the boards of several other public and private companies, including Template Graphics Software, Hall Kinion, Rebar, Lexra, Quintus, Viewlogic Systems, Innoveda, Silerity, ChannelWave and Bionaut Pharmaceuticals.
